AppsTake ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in Kollect ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed with your privacy as a top priority.

Information we do NOT collect:

• Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Account credentials (the App has no user registration)
• Behavioral tracking or analytics data

Information stored only on your device:

• Card information you register (card name, price, purchase date, notes)
• Card images you capture or select
• Binder settings (binder name, description)
• In-app purchase history

All of this information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

2. Camera & Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your camera and photo library for the purpose of registering card images. You can change these permissions at any time in your iOS Settings. Images captured or selected are stored only on your device and are never sent externally.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple Inc.'s systems, and we do not directly obtain your credit card information, Apple ID, or other payment details. 4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties. Since the App does not transmit data to external servers, no third party can access your data through our services.

5. Data Storage & Deletion

All App data is stored exclusively on your device. You can delete your data through the following methods:

• Using "Delete All Data" in the App's Settings
• Deleting individual binders or cards
• Uninstalling the App from your device

Deleted data cannot be recovered. However, purchased items can be reactivated using the "Restore Purchases" feature.

6. Sharing Feature

The App includes a feature to share binder pages as screenshot images. When you use this feature, the generated image is sent to the app or service you select through the standard iOS share sheet. Please refer to the privacy policies of those third-party services for information on how they handle shared content.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect personal information by design, it can be safely used by users of all ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this page. You can always access the latest Privacy Policy from the App's Settings.
