Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kollect ("the App") provided by AppsTake ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the App. By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the App

The App is a digital card binder application that allows you to manage and enjoy your trading card collection. You can capture or select card images and organize them in digital binders to showcase your collection.

3. System Requirements

The App requires an iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the device, operating system, and any internet connection necessary to use the App, at your own cost and expense.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to us. The rights to card images and text information you register in the App remain yours.

You represent and warrant that you have the appropriate rights to any content (such as card images) you register through the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers additional features through one-time in-app purchases (non-consumable).

• All purchases are processed through Apple Inc.'s App Store
• Refunds may be available in accordance with Apple's refund policies
• Purchased items can be restored on the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" feature in Settings
• Prices of in-app purchase items are subject to change without notice

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the App
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works of the App
• Using the App for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activities
• Registering content that infringes on the rights of third parties (such as copyrighted images)
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Any other activity we deem inappropriate

7. Data Management

All App data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not provide cloud backup services. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss, app deletion, or any other cause. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your device.

8. Sharing Feature

When you use the App's sharing feature to share collection images, the handling of those images by third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring that shared content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied
• Price information for cards registered in the App is manually entered by you, and we assume no responsibility for its accuracy
• We are not liable for any data loss, device malfunction, or other damages arising from your use of the App

10. Changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our place of business.
