Privacy Policy

Tsubuyaki Memo (the "App") is an iOS application provided by AppsTake (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App.

1. Data Storage

All task data created in the App is stored exclusively on your device (local storage). No data is transmitted to external servers.

2. Voice Data

The App uses Apple's Speech Recognition framework to convert voice input to text.

• Voice data is processed in real-time and discarded after text conversion.
• The Developer does not store, collect, or transmit any voice data.
• Voice recognition processing is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to improve the app experience.

• Information collected: app usage patterns (screen views, feature usage frequency), device type and OS version, app version, and crash data.
• This information is collected in anonymized form and does not personally identify you.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC).

• AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad delivery.
• Subscribing to the Premium plan removes all advertisements.

5. Subscription Information

Premium plan purchase information (purchase status, expiration date) is managed by Apple and linked to your Apple ID. The Developer does not obtain or store any payment information such as credit card details.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Developer will not provide personal information to third parties except as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
