These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the iOS application "Tsubuyaki Memo" (the "App") provided by AppsTake (the "Developer"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all aspects of the relationship between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App provides voice-powered task management functionality, including:
- Adding tasks via voice recognition
- Completing and deleting tasks
- Push notification reminders (Premium)
- Home screen widget (Premium)
- Priority and deadline settings (Premium)
3. Subscriptions
- The App offers a free version and a paid Premium version.
- Premium pricing:
- Monthly plan: ¥280 (tax included)
- Annual plan: ¥1,400 (tax included)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Free Trial
- The Premium version includes a 7-day free trial period.
- After the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
- No charges will apply if cancelled during the trial period.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
- Tap your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Tsubuyaki Memo"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
6. Prohibited Actions
Users shall not:
- Misuse or exploit the App
- Decompile or reverse-engineer the App
- Engage in conduct that inconveniences other users
7. Disclaimer
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any data loss.
- The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of completeness or accuracy.
8. Service Changes and Termination
The Developer may change or terminate the service without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may modify these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on this page or within the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
